How about an inspection with the customer and the customer service rep? Any explanation about the F650 towing package would have been helpful. I was unhappy to have only 1/2 tank og gas to start-it allowed for the checkout in Papillion to screw me on additional fantom gas charges.
JOHN VI rented an appliance dolly after the truck rental. Dealer could not provide me a coply of the contract and never received an e mail.copy. When asked about damage on the truck I was told don't worry anout it. Not a real comforting comment.
