The setup here is a little odd. Google Maps to the lot where equipment is stored but it took a minute figure out that the rental office is in a different location in the shopping center. Once I found that by calling for assistance it was smooth sailing. They were very helpful checking my hookup and lights before taking the trailer on the road.

The office at one side of the strip mall, but the trucks at the other end made it difficult to use the mobile pickup and return. You had to be near the office to use the app, which was not noted anywhere and the app showed photos of the return location, therefore we were outside of the 1/4 mile GPS location and could not complete the checkin, with no warning in the app or notes of where to be. Need to add specific location info or better yet add both the office and the return location GPS coordinates as valid locations for that pickup and return. Also, there was no way to make the reservations at tax exempt for my non profit, still waiting for a correct invoice, after sending the doc via email to tax@uhaul Additionally, the truck from reservation 81003931 had bad wheel vibration when braking, maybe uneven wear or brakes need replaced. It was very difficult to mobile checkout 2 of the same equipment for my nonprofit (still working with corporate to get an account setup), but both reservations just show the name of the type of equipment, eg 10' truck. It was hard to tell which truck was which in the app and which had been checked out and returned, and which still needed checked out. Need to add reservation 1 and 2 or number to the orders page on the app.

PHILIP FIn-store location was friendly and helpful. Experience with the mobile app and trying to do contactless pickup was absolutely awful. I will never attempt that route again and recommend that nobody use the U-Haul app. Terribly run mobile app.
Spencer RVery disappointed with my experience. I returned the U-Haul truck with a full tank of gas. The employee told me she was too busy to give me the receipt and said she would send it later. When I finally received the receipt, I saw that I had been charged for an extra 2 gallons of fuel, even though I had already filled the tank before returning the truck. I don’t understand why I was charged for fuel I didn’t use
