Fix the app so that when it closes it does not end your pick up or drop off. I could not complete pick up because it closed out and the pick up steps disappeared. I had to call to complete mobile pick up.

Glad I found this location. I usually use a different company but this was very convenient. I was a little confused at first picking up the truck but overall I liked the virtual checkout option. I would recommend clarifying via email confirmation where to go to connect the uhaul app; you have to be near the actual business, not the parked trucks. The employees were helpful and super friendly. Definitely recommend using for anyone looking to rent a truck.

Michael CNothing. The agent was professional, the truck was mechanically sound, and in good condition. The price was right, and drop was easy. I received my receipt by email, so no problems.
WCL Cit was a little confusing to have to go to the office to initiate the truck return, the uhaul gps didn't recognize me as being in the right location when i drove to the drop off spots.
