The inside of the truck smelled terrible, cigarette butts in the console, and found 2 cans of pepper spray in the truck. The center cover that covers the engine from the interior of the truck was loose and letting exhaust fumes in the cab, I latched it back. No one inspected the truck upon pickup, later found out at drop off location that one tire on the right rear was completely flat which is a severe safety hazard. The truck ran well and the cargo area was clean.
