My issue is with the system. I initially made a reservation at the 1301 Opelika Road location as I needed a Sunday pick up. On Saturday morning, I received a notification that my reservation had moved to the 1203 Opelika Road location and then another update to a location 30 miles away in Valley, AL. The Valley location was not an acceptable alternative. I contacted the 1203 location and was told he did not have Sunday hours so he could not accommodate that pick-up day. He adjusted it back to him and I picked up the trailer on Saturday. Thankfully I was able to make this work, if not however I would have been forced to use the Valley location which would have added over an hour of un-necessary driving and been Why not Just honor my reservation at the 1301 location... If it wasn't available, it should not allow me to make a reservation.

Our truck was not available for app check-in when we arrived and the furniture dolly was missing. Had to argue/prove that it was past of the reservation we made the week prior. The location said we could pick up that dolly ourselves by going to THE Uhaul location ourselves. When I questioned the wisdom of just going to the uhaul location itself next time we needed a truck, he said we avoid the "long wait" there. But, the lack of readiness meant we were at his location for 30 minutes. Truck smelled like weed.
Michael TShowed up in a rain storm.....It was not clear in this area who/where I was suppose to return the trailer to. When I got to this location, I was told that they really did not have room but if I could find a space I could drop it. Fortunately I did find a small space.
GEORGE PLocation was unwelcoming, tight quarters and the staff was not friendly. Truck releasing agent showed up late (8:03 am) while another one who was there earlier didn’t even respond to a greeting and said she couldn’t help me. Upon return there was no where to park, or for my ride to wait. The attendant didn’t even acknowledge my arrival even though he looked right at me and shook his head. I proceeded to do the online app checkout to avoid wait or conflict. There is another U-haul rental Location 75 yards away which is much cleaner, newer, more space to park, and opens at 7:00. If I had to choose again, which I will being our son is in college here for two more year, I will choose the other one.
