We signed up for counter sign in and it only offered app sign in. Client had physical issues and needed a person to sign in. Would not have choosen this location knowing this.

The location does not have a person. It was awful trying to pick up and return. I was over charged and have to wait for customer manager to review. It's been the worst experience!
