You need to drop it off using the app, no people involved. The problem is, if you are traveling, there is no WiFi or any sort of connection for you to access the app. Besides that, the location was clean and easy to access.
jessica lWe signed up for counter sign in and it only offered app sign in. Client had physical issues and needed a person to sign in. Would not have choosen this location knowing this.
Jim SThe location does not have a person. It was awful trying to pick up and return. I was over charged and have to wait for customer manager to review. It's been the worst experience!
