The trailer was not clean on the inside. Also the safety pin was missing to lock down trailer to hitch.

Clement B3 last times I rented from U-Haul, they moved locations on me and didn’t compensate for my extra travel. This time too, they sent a coupon for my next visit after the fact. Pick up location was fine, but u haul was dirty, mud and debris in the back. We had to sweep it out before we would add a mattress or furniture.
