Can’t really rate the location/personnel. No one came outside to assist. Since it’s self service drop off, having to rate the facility isn’t really accurate either. You drive up in a parking lot, answer questions on the app, take pics, and leave. All self service thru the app is not the best way, in my opinion, to do rentals and drop offs.
