no one was here when we came to pick up and no one was answering the phone, this was not the original location we chose U-haul moved our time and location. with the change they offered us a $50 credit which was not applied to the bill. I had to call U-haul to get the credit which i am still waiting to be credited to my account. most of my frustration with this was with U-haul themselves and not the pick up location

The agent at the pickup station was friendly and knowledgeable. She hooked up my trailer and I was off. The drop off station was effortless and without confusion. My trailer performed flawless throughout the trip. I would use uhaul again, hands down. Also kudo to our movers...they were the BEST.

Kenneth KThe only thing that would be nice is if you do not switch the pick up location within 24 hours of pick up. It created an additional 20 mile drive to get the vehicle which added to the number of miles. We had to drive. From the airport.
