This is an insubstantial quality survey. It doesn’t ask about the actual situation of the rental. This was the second rental to get this truck. The first rental was blocked in by another truck at a somewhat more convenient location. I don’t get to talk about the incomprehensible laziness and lack of care at werks auto in gypsum Colorado here. The whole rental was a terrible experience. The truck had a tire light on the whole time I wasn’t prompted or allowed to do any check in stuff at the rental location and the return location lacked any signage. Overall uhaul needs a better way to operate. While the app makes it very convenient not to need people all the time it also makes it impossible to deal with when something goes wrong. By relying entirely on the app because of timing it made the whole thing horrible.

no one was here when we came to pick up and no one was answering the phone, this was not the original location we chose U-haul moved our time and location. with the change they offered us a $50 credit which was not applied to the bill. I had to call U-haul to get the credit which i am still waiting to be credited to my account. most of my frustration with this was with U-haul themselves and not the pick up location

My trailer performed flawless throughout the trip. I would use uhaul again, hands down. Also kudo to our movers...they were the BEST.
