I felt their clothing represented their political statements and it was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I will choose a different U-Haul location due to this issue.
GEORGIANN WThe staff at this location is excellent! Three people were waiting for them to open at 8:00am. By 8:10 we were all out the door and on our way. Very well organized shop. The truck was ready to go and in excellent condition. I had no issues with the vehicle. Checking the vehicle back in was just as easy. I would highly recommend renting from this location, even if it is not the closest location to where your move is at.
Daniel DThey did not discuss the missing items with my roommate who returned the truck and charged me $321 for items I never got in the first place. I called 3 days ago and was told I would get a refund but it still hasn’t happened
BLAKE TThe truck was dirty and in bad repair. The vehicle was damaged and did not run well. Well, the vehicle was not ready for pickup. The vehicle was not in the same location as the trailer. It was just a very disgusting location and vehicle.
