The process when I went to pick up was lengthy because the U-Haul computer system was having problems, causing delays in printing out and processing the contracts. I know this to be a fact because one of the people in line was talking to U-Haul on the phone and verified the computer problems. This was about 10 o'clock Eastern time on January 17.
