aramys rTrouble getting someone to do paperwork to pick up rental? Appt was at 10 and we had to leave and they set up 11:30 to pick it up and they did not get there till 11:45 and did not have dolly available so we had to go to another U-Haul facility to pick up and pay for dolly?
William DLocation did not have the equipment I reserved. The truck would not crank due to a dead battery. Location staff were not helpful. Took over an hour to have the truck switched out to a working vehicle. I had to place over 8 phone calls during the process. Was told to go to another location to pick up the 2 dolly’s I reserved and paid for and then had to call U-Haul again to have the next place release the equipment.
Kristen KI came in at the time.I reserved it, and the person had no clue how to help me. She told me the only one that could help was the supervisor and that person had left.
