In addition to the rental truck, I also rented an appliance dolly and furniture pads, but this location only had the truck, no accessories. I asked if I could pick them up at another location and they never got back to me. So we had to do our move with no furniture pads or appliance dolly. Really annoyed and disappointed that they didn't try to make it right or call another location to check for us. I hope I get a refund for those items.
