La boutique était fermée (24 juin). Je ne pouvais contacter personne pour aviser que le camion était de retour à 8h10 am. L'application Iphone UHaul me disait que je n'avais pas de réservation, malgré que je possédais mon numéro de réservation depuis le 6 mai 2024 (80721436). Incapapble de rejoindre UHaul non plus ce matin là pour aviser que mon camion était de retour et la seule personne en 2h d'attente qui m'a parlé .. m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire pour moi .... Pire service à vie!
