Counter guy that helped me with the rental this morning was extremely friendly and anal the questions I had. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe agent had bad customer service. I wasn’t given the time I originally reserved as I reserved at a different location and they transferred me to this location. I know have to pay for another rental on a different date. The windows and side mirrors were very dirty.
adrinae lI rented a uhaul from this location in December. My original reservation was for a different uhaul who changed my reservation to this other location 2 days before I was scheduled to drive cross country from Bakersfield to the east coast. I was extremely stressed that uhaul changed my cancellation at the literal last minute to a location i was unfamiliar with. The employees at this store were so nice and patient with me when my credit card was declining because my bank thought it was fraud. I had to pause my reservation to call my bank. Everything on their part was seemless. They gave me a truck that was very clean, had a full tank and the truck only had like 13k miles on it. I felt very safe driving it. I will probably never be in Bakersfield again, but I would definitely go to this location again.
