Thank goodness I had friends with me and didn’t decide to drop off and catch an Uber from this place. This place is extremely unsafe . I wouldn’t send a military soldier to this place without a gun. Who in their right mind would use this area for a drop off? No signs that say it’s a drop off. It looks like something out of a horror movie. I’m not exaggerating. U-Haul you need to be ashamed of using this place as one of your locations. Who checks on these kinds of things. Seriously… no human being should be dropping off anything here especially a woman. Again, thank goodness I had two friends with me. What if I had thought to drop off and catch an Uber back? My safety would have been in jeopardy. I HIGHLY suggest you stop allowing this as a drop off.

TANYA WThe location and office are not as well-established as many of the corporate/franchise UHAUL locations. More of a small town garage type feel. The two people I worked with were very helpful, professional, and good natured. Also felt like the kind of a business where they know your name and make you feel valued and appreciated. I will rent another truck from them!
MATTHEW PThis site could use some additional signs. I don't think it is used very often. The shop owner was surprised to see me. It felt like an industrial junkyard and I did not feel safe during my time there.
