I have been to many U-haul locations and this is by far the best that I’ve ever been to, the service that was afforded me was amazing, the Manager went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. she did not have the car hauler that I needed but she called around to find me one. even though I had to drive forty miles away to pick it up. Once I did pick up the truck from another location the air conditioning did not work and she swapped it out without hesitation. This rental experience was truly amazing. Thanks Manor U-haul and the manager; Ian’s Moreno, for adding A plus service to the U-haul brand.
