Sell service was a little spotty.
Eric PThe feed store had an employee that did not know how to check me out. The trailer was NASTY with caked mud all over it. Had a light out and the man 'helping' me did not offer to repair it. They just wanted it gone so they did not have to clean it or repair it. There were two other trailers there that were nice and clean. They would not give me either of them. AND IT COST ME OVER $300 TO RENT IT FOR A DAY!!! NEVER AGAIN
William NThe last time I rented a Uhaul (within the last year), the miles were unlimited. No where on the reservation website did it ask the number of miles. Instead of spending $40 indicated on the website, I spent closer to $200. Additionally, I was told that if I returned it with 1/4 tank more than what was in the tank when I picked it up, I would be credited $60. I returned it right at 1/4 tank more, but was told it was just shy of that amount so I wouldn't receive the credit. I'll go with Home Depot next time.
Michelle FI have been to many U-haul locations and this is by far the best that I’ve ever been to, the service that was afforded me was amazing, the Manager went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. she did not have the car hauler that I needed but she called around to find me one. even though I had to drive forty miles away to pick it up. Once I did pick up the truck from another location the air conditioning did not work and she swapped it out without hesitation. This rental experience was truly amazing. Thanks Manor U-haul and the manager; Ian’s Moreno, for adding A plus service to the U-haul brand.
