I wanted to pick up and drop off closer to my location. Then I had to pay extra mileage because there were no options to pick up the truck closer to where I live. I do not agree with this because it is not the renters fault that they are not available.

Lori RThe truck, if it had been swept out by a prior user, it was not done very well - the cargo box was, in a word, dirty. Also, as a first time renter, I could have used a better explanation regarding your policy on pick-up/return gasoline level. Having rented many cars for business travel for a number of years, the policy that makes the most sense to me is 'the tank is full when you pick it up, so return it full.' As it stands, I wasted probably $20+ putting more gas than needed in the truck.
