I rented a motorcycle trailer to transport a motorcycle. The UHaul agent was helpful in getting the trailer hooked up to my truck. When I got to my home, I discovered that there was a fair amount of debris in the bed of the trailer. Pieces of plastic, grass clippings, hedge clippings, small stones, flakes of rust, a metal "S" hook, and a metal wire lawn marker. I had to sweep out the trailer before I could load my motorcycle. It seems like returning a clean trailer for the next customer's use would be a given policy with UHaul.

Put a crank down jack on your trailers! It is totally ridiculous that this poor guy had to physically pick up the tongue of the trailer and then hold it while I back up and get under it, which luckily I got in the right position on the first try. There has to be a better way. They must make a crank jack that is strong enough to hold up to the rigors of your rentals. Plus, the worst part is that I dropped the trailer off at a different establishment after they closed, around 5:30, which is fine in terms of self checking out the trailer using my phone, but the complaint I have is that I had no choice but to pick that trailer tongue up my self, which is the heaviest thing I've lifted in years, and I build houses and lift things for a living. Please put crank jacks on your bigger trailers, at least. Lifting over 100 pounds should not be part of the Uhaul experience!

Was on vacation!! Reservations did not let me know this, then wanted me to deliver 20 miles away. I had already put the keys in the drop box.

John was very accommodating. I was scheduled to pick up at a different location. However, they did not have a van available. John did, and was closed, but was willing to come in so I could get the van.
