I was a little taken back when the first interaction was getting a phone call from Creative Woodworking telling me I better get to his place before 4:00pm because he was leaving. My reservation was at 3:30pm and I could not get there earlier. When I arrived I sear he was playing a game on his phone and made me wait until he finished. He then was very impatient with me lining up the hitch with the trailer. When I checked out I asked if he could leave a jack so that I could get the trailer off the vehicle, as they would be closed when I returned the trailer. He said no it was going to Elmira??????? It is extremely difficult to get the trailers off the hitch alone or without a jack. U-haul should really think about that because someone is going to get hurt lifting those trailers off their cars. I had to bring my own floor jack from home to get the trailer off my car. I will NEVER rent from this guy again!!!

Jeff INever met with anyone. You just said to put the key in the lockbox, didn’t take any of the inspection pictures like normal or confirm mileage or anything. Y’all need to figure crap out at this point and it has nothing to do with the creative woodworking location. Your whole pick up and drop off was a mess.
