the roadside service dude from Pontchatoula, Louisiana (Emergency Mobility Services LLC) was totally incompetent in that he expressed there were no chains to attach to my vehicle on the auto trailer and the driver’s side tire strap he “fixed” in Walker, Louisiana was off the tire by the time I got to Hammond; the dude from Hammond however (KJC Transportation and Property Management LLC) was awesome and fixed everything giving me confidence I would make it safely to Florida.

JAMES CNothing really, although I cleaned the windshield while refueling the truck shortly before returning it after a brief in-town use, and it became noticeably clearer. Stacy was very helpful. Because of her I will remember and seriously consider Pilgrim Storage the next time I need to rent a truck.
