James SThe only minor snag is that it wasn't immediately clear that the office was not co-located with where the vehicles were kept - the vehicles are parked in a car wash while the office is across the street in a supermarket. People notice the vehicles, not a small sign in a supermarket window. I had to hunt for an employee at the car wash who could tell me where to go to sign out a vehicle.
