How U-Haul Reviews WorkManager Matthew did not do a good job of notating the account regarding equipment never received, which caused my account to be flagged with an e-alert. The issue caused my trip to be delayed for over 2 hours, he did not even have the courtesy to call himself and apologize for the error.
Christal MJennifer was a tremendous help. The rental process was smooth and easy from the reservation to the pick up to the cost. We rent rental cars pretty frequently from enterprise to budget to Avis and it has never been that seamless.
Amanda DHave what they reserved onsite so they can stay on track with their move, especially when it’s a 5 hr one way move. Not having a dolly, of ANY kind, was the biggest let down period in a case like mine. Caused me to stay up well past midnight, more issues with having to move all my heavy items up stairs. Just do better!
