Jennifer was a tremendous help. The rental process was smooth and easy from the reservation to the pick up to the cost. We rent rental cars pretty frequently from enterprise to budget to Avis and it has never been that seamless.

Have what they reserved onsite so they can stay on track with their move, especially when it’s a 5 hr one way move. Not having a dolly, of ANY kind, was the biggest let down period in a case like mine. Caused me to stay up well past midnight, more issues with having to move all my heavy items up stairs. Just do better!
