BRIAN SNOONE TOLD US OUR PICUP LOCATION CHANGED. We lost 1.5 hours to our trip. Customer service was a joke. Truck had one working headlight and was in need of a SEVERE alingment. Will not use Uhaul again and will NOT refer anyone to Uhaul. You had one job Uhaul and the whole experience was terrible and you failed.
