The gentleman that helped me initially at the storage place was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. But, the truck broke down on me and trying to get assistance was like pulling teeth. No one seemed to know what to do and it resulted in me being stuck on the side of the road for 3 1/2 hours while I tried to get ahold of someone who could actually help me. When I called back to the location I rented the truck from, he was mad he didn't have the truck for a busy weekend instead of apologizing about renting me a truck that was clearly not maintained very well.
