When we arrived we asked staff to remove the hitch. They told us it had to be empty first. We emptied it and The place closed. still had the hitch on my car they never said a word they just left.

Amy BThe return process in the app was a little confusing for me. I didn't realize that I was in the instruction section; and when I got down to put the keys in the box, I did. Then I realized that I had not yet gone through the photography of the mileage or gas level. I had already returned the keys and locked the truck! However, the agent who called me the next day about the return completed the process for me, and I was very satisfied with the Your Space customer service. (It was U-Haul's app that was causing me problems.)
