The problem was the man that arranges the rental was not in the store after I reserved the truck. I had to then use the online service to get the truck code, internet is not good in that area. I was given the 800 number to call and after a wait finally connected with â€œLoriâ€. What a blessing she was!!!! She activated my account and gave me the access code in no time at all! She was friendly, helpful and eager to make this as simple as possible. Lori gets an A+! She made a bad experience good.Mary P.

The reservation made on the phone was very easy and fast. The manager running the store recommended handling it via the phone for the best price due to me needing a one way rental. The check out after making the reservation took over 30 minutes. If that could be streamlined like the phone call that would be an improvement. That's the only reason the rating isn't higher.danny J.

They told me a daily rate of $18.95 but the invoice was for three days at 90.88. I questioned the amount and they could not answer the question. When I got to the delivery location for the one way rental they told me there is no daily rate only a flat rate for three days one way. One of them is wrong.JAMES C.

The employees at this rural uhaul location are rude, unprofessional and unknowlegable. The truck I reserved was not on site and was forced to take a larger truck at a higher rental rate. When I presented my conformation information and asked if they could at least give me the rate that I was quoted instead of the higher rate. No consolation or adjustments were made and I was made to feel like the mistakes in the reservation were my fault and an inconvenience to them. I have rented from uhaul numerous times and have been satisfied with the process .... Until now. Maybe U-haul should consider providing this site with additional training and emphasize the importance of customer service and positive customer relations.Kim Q.
