How U-Haul Reviews WorkReturned truck through the app. Didn’t deal with anyone or go into the store. I guess it seemed ok.
Earl NThe app needs improvement. Took 30 minutes just to get the truck since they are closed on the weekends. The truck was dirty when we got it and we had to pay a $25 cleaning fee. Took 20 minutes to return the truck because we had to take the requested photos 5 times before the app excepted them.
