When I picked up the truck I asked about dropping off after hours. They said drop off was available 24 hours a day. They did not say that it would cost $20 to drop off after closing. They closed at 5pm. I arrived at 5:25pm same evening. I picked up the truck at 3:30pm. Had it for a total of 2 hours. Adding a $20 after hours fee without verbal notification to the customer especially when asked about late drop off. Thankfully I don't have to rent a truck often.
SAGIV BI don’t recommend this place and will never use the service at this particular location. No respect at all towards customers at least a simple smile and basic human being gesture I said Thank you 3 times in the whole conversation even though the employee at this location refused the service since we are late and when we came again with new reservation made us to just stand and wait with no reason.
