Have the truck ready at the location requested. Make sure all trucks are running. We had to drive to another location than requested and the truck they gave us had a dead battery. We had to take that truck or get a way bigger truck than we wanted. We then were told to call AAA if it didn’t start at home. The rep at the location was nice and it wasn’t his fault. It was just frustrating.
