Next time make sure you put your seals on the rental equipment. I got charged for the dolly and I did not use the dolly. Everything was in the exact place you guys put your rental equipment. My father had a harder time moving my furniture becuase we did not use any equipment. My family told me not to use those items because it was already so expensive. I did not double check as soon as I got the Uhaul because I trusted your company to not rip me off. I'm going to write a review online about this experience and I'm going to tell people to check the Uhaul before they drive off with it. I didn't notice that there was no deal on the Uhaul til we were sweeping inside. It is ridiculous that you guys are so unprofessional when it comes to these things. You should not be charging customers for items they did not use. If you take pictures of the Uhaul before a customer rents it then you would definitely be able to see that there was no seal on the dolly from the start. You guys charged me $7 for "using" a dolly. It doesn't matter if it was $7 or $1, I did not use the dolly so I should not be charged.

Moving is difficult as it is, not showing sympathy or personal interest makes it worse. I was supposed to return the rental truck at certain time, for personal reasons I was running out of time, I figured they can charge me for the extra hour if they have to. I received a call asking me to take the truck on time because it has been reserved for another customer and they were waiting. I had 10 minutes to take the truck back in time, 10 minutes!! I told her I was still using the truck and it was going to take me at least an extra hour she said the reservation was waiting... at the end she told that if I bring it late they will charge for another rental day... and they did! A full day for an extra hour. By the way I was moving by myself and my wife just had a baby.

This was a horrible location. The truck was given to me dirty with soda stains everywhere and someones tooth brush between the seats. Not to mention the inside of the back of the uhaul was really dirty I had to sweep it before I loaded my things. The person who rented me the truck said shed through in the dollie for free I said okay and then come to find out she charged me for it. Im really disappointed in this location. I will never go here again

I reserved a pick up truck and when I arrived they did not have the one I reserved and was automatically given a moving truck. Would have been nice to know before hand. But the staff was really nice and offered to find one at another location, which I declined. This was my first time renting a uhaul and I'd have to say it was a very stress free experience.

Ensure all batteries have been tested the truck broke down on my way back at 1 a.m. and I had to wait for a tow truck, not ok at all.
