I reserved a 20ft truck online 4 days in advance but it was not available so I went with a 15 ft. When I opened the back to start loading it was very dusty. It had a good layer of dirt as if it were sitting for weeks. I had to sweep it and I picked up 2 full dustpans of dirt. The left side mirror kept tilting down over every bump so I had to roll the window down to adjust it every few blocks. The service at the office was great but your truck is very old and mileage is horrible. I went 39 miles and had to fill it with 7 gallons of gas. Yikes!

GICELA SUnfortunately, I did not get the name of the blonde haired lady who assisted me, but she was exceptionally kind and professional. She got me checked in and out on the day I picked up my my U-Haul moving truck and was just as quick when I returned the vehicle the next day. She deserves all the recognition for how smooth my rental was.
