The place was not a nice facility. The employee was not knowledgeable or familiar with the computer system. Neither of the two employees could remedy fixing a non-working trailer brake light/turn signal.

Vehicle was very clean and ready for us. I was not aware it was a self guided pickup, as I don’t recall being told that(I might have been but it’s been a busy week). Once I realized i had to the check in myself, it was a super easy process.

Terry AGave me a truck with a check engine light on. Said it wouldn't be an issue, but the truck broke down at 2 a.m. Furthermore, I told him I was going to Dallas then back to Austin, but he only put me down for 72 miles. Then tried to charge for over-mileage!
MARK EI don't know the young man's name that helped us Saturday morning but he was friendly and helpful.
