Truck only had 24,000 miles newest truck I’ve rented

10' truck seemed well maintained but had not been cleaned since it's last long trip. The windows and mirrors were so dirty I needed to clean them in order to see well enough to be safe. Drinks had been spilled inside with sticky results running down the center console area, on the floor and splashes on the inside of both side windows. I vacuumed and washed the inside.

reserved a 26ft for move from abq to Georgia and when we picked up the truck it was an old worn out turd that I would be afraid to drive across town yet alone a 1500 mile road trip. They switched us to a 20ft truck which after loading would not hold all our stuff so we called again and they rented us a 5x8 for $10 bucks which was a nice gesture. The 2nd big problem is the Bernalillo Uhaul did not give me the Internet booking rate on the 20 footer so I had to pay 36 less than the 26ft which is not right seeing it's hardly my fault the original truck was not road worthy. I did file for the $200++ difference I feel I am owed claim #1767920. Uhaul knew the whole time I was going 1500 miles across country and should have accommodated me with a decent road worthy truck. this whole ordeal was a HUGE hassle and pulling the trailer sucked. I should reallyt be compensated for all my troubles and inconveniences!
