The customer service was terrible!!!! My scheduling appointment was for 12pm, the store didn’t open until 1:30pm then the lady had a terrible attitude! There was no dolley in the truck and I was charged extra for it

Worst piece of crap I have driven in my 50 years of driving. While driving in rain I had water running down my back from hole in roof. AC would come on and go off when you hit a bump. Steering wheel had so much slack you could not keep the truck on the road. There should be afull refund issued on this rental.
