Truck was not running well. I was quoted $225 for the move and ended up paying over $300.

The trucks are all so new, look so good, and are all mechanically in perfect working order.

The truck we rented was FULL of packages! Unacceptable! My husband and the UHaul employee had to unload the truck before we could take it. Also we were not able to pick it up for the day until 930am which made it very difficult to have it back by 5pm. Not happy with this service at all.

Rented a truck online when office was closed. The first truck was not ready to go, so it took longer to switch to another truck and complete the rental. However, overall experience was great.

Wonderful experience at Fox Farm!! Equipment was terrible. Steering/handling was "loose". Transmission gear changes were unpredictable, often taking RPM into the 5-6500 range before upshifting---at other times up or downshifting at normal metrics whether driving upslope or downslope. Very troubling. Sideview mirror adjustment was unreasonably stiff.

My only suggestion would be to explain the "tow/haul" feature to the driver. With it on, and not being used, the transmission acts like it is faulty when in reality it is not.
