This drop‑off location doesn’t present a very professional appearance, and it’s unclear whether anyone is actually on-site. I checked the truck in using the app, which worked fine, but I had to guess where to park it—essentially in a weed patch—and then leave the keys in the drop box. The drop‑off itself went smoothly, but the property looks run‑down, and you’ll likely end up pulling weed stickers out of your shoes. I wouldn’t choose this location if there were more options in Billings, but it was the only West End location the app allowed me to select.

First we made a registration near our house and it got moved past downtown. I was later told on a call that one way rentals sometimes get a particular vehicle in that direction. So that I understood. What I didn't understand was I had to clean off all the snow from the vehicle, de-ice it myself and come to find that no furniture pads I ordered were available in this truck. So then I had to go back to the location to pickup those. Lastly who has a UHaul at a gas station?! It was an inconvenient mess.
Alan BI drove an hour and fifteen min to drop this trailer off after being on the road for 9hrs that day because I had to work on Monday. I returned the trailer on Sunday (11/9) evening, asked if there was anything I needed to do? The attendant assured me everything would be handled. 11/11 i get a call from this location asking if I need to extend my trip or when I'd be planning on returning the equipment. I informed them I dropped it off two days prior and he stated he had no record of the return. Not good in my opinion

JAMES FWhen I got to my destination, a lock from a previous driver had put a circular padlock on the storage door. I had to return to the dealership. Luckily, they were able to contact the previous driver and get the combination. The dealership told me that they would compensate me mileage for my trouble. Based on the final receipt, they did not compensate me at all. Very disappointed. PLEASE adjust my bill.
