I dropped off during business hours and nobody was onsite to receive the rental The rental office was onlocked and nobody was inside.. I checked in the restaurant next door and they said nobody was there to receive the rental and I should leave it. I didn't feel like it was "above board" and just had a feeling something was off about this place. I took pictures for proof of my date and time of dropoff with my rental. I was then billed for 5 extra days by the dropoff facility. I have disputed it with uhaul and will dispute it as theft with the credit card company.
Charlie HI was sent to drop off to a location that does not offer self check in. I had to wait for a week for them to open and still have not received my deposit. I was very dissatisfied with my entire service.
Lateasa SThe drop off location was a dirty Mexican restaurant. The person didn’t speak English. I hope they understand we we’re returning the truck
