The location is just the tip of some issues. I reserved the truck at a certified center, but had to go to valleydale terrace to pick it up. The location is on a dead end street, tough to turn it around. It was only half full of fuel, so I had to fill up right off the bat. Issues continue, I brought a car hauler up for Uhaul because they needed it and had to go to three different locations to get the hauler. Yall need to streamline this.
