U-Haul website was consistently unavailable, which complicated what should have been an easy rental. The low-beam headlights on the truck I rented were dangerously weak. This truck should not be driven at night.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location is just the tip of some issues. I reserved the truck at a certified center, but had to go to valleydale terrace to pick it up. The location is on a dead end street, tough to turn it around. It was only half full of fuel, so I had to fill up right off the bat. Issues continue, I brought a car hauler up for Uhaul because they needed it and had to go to three different locations to get the hauler. Yall need to streamline this.
