Better pickup service, especially for the people deciding to do self pickup, had to call three representatives and the owner of the business just to pick up the vehicle I had rented. Then when dropping off I was told everything was all good and I’d get a confirmation email once the person at register had put the key into the system, did not get the email and had a representative call me from the company to tell me I was late on drop off.. I dropped it off a day ahead of schedule.
RAVEN WNo one there when I showed up at my scheduled time to pick up the trailer. Also when I made my reservation I picked the drop off location and then when going through the pick up checklist my drop off location was changed to a location further away from where I was going.
