I ordered 12 moving pads, but they were not in the vehicle and the lady at the pick up location did not know where they were. I have made several phone calls to U-Haul to get credited for the $12 but no one I have spoken to seems to know how to do it. They keep saying they have to reach out to an area manager. I was told the area manager is on vacation this week then told a backup area manager would handle it and then I was given another story the third time. I want my $12 back! Also, it was difficult to get a cell signal so I was unable to use the app for most of the functions I needed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSite was spacious, office was inside a convenience store. Clerk behind the counter instructed me to drop off key in drop box outside on the wall. He did not check me in, did not examine the returned truck, did not check mileage nor gas gauge. U-Haul called me the next day to see if I had returned the truck. I told them about the clerk's response. They said they would contact the clerk to complete the check-in. My final charge was properly $0 because I was on-time, not over mileage, no damage and clean, so all ended well.
