The exterior was muddy. The interior was fine. The muddy exterior did not bother me until ai returned the rental and the Patrick Street location was quick to resume control of the truck. Patrick Street charged me extra to clean the vehicle. The Aaron Rents personnel were thorough and polite. They were so pleasant to work with.

When I called about the charge I was told "sorry" call UHaul and basically hung up on.
