We did an online pickup because we needed the truck before regular operating hours. After checking in online, we were given the code to a lock box. The key we were given did not match the truck we were assigned. We had to call UHaul for assistance. They gave us a combination that was supposed to be for the other lock box, but it would not open using that code. We were then allowed to use the key we were given for the other truck. I will say the lady who helped us online was really great, but it was an unnecessary complication.
