The equipment that I used was not functioning properly! I have used this model several times before and have never had any issues until now. I did not get to see the hookups fully as the technician on duty hooked the trailer to my truck. He had me test the lights and then said everything was okay. When I left and got out in traffic I noticed that I started having problems while stopping. Every time that I would stop, I would feel the trailer slamming into the back of my vehicle. When it became apparent that what was happenig when braking was not normal. I pulled over as soon as I could find a safe spot to investigate more, thinking that maybe something had been hooked up incorrectly. I checked the brake fluid resevior and the trailer hookups and then I notice that the all of the electrical wires had been cut and badly retaped together. This was not good. I have returned the trailer and would like a full refund and reimbursement if any damage is found done to my vehicle! When I got back the only person to talk to was your virtual personnel which was of very little help.

When I booked this trailer, it told me I would get a discount to drop it off in Herndon Virginia. But that discount never showed up and I ended up paying full price. I emailed U-Haul but I never got a response. I tried three times on the booking app and every time it said I would get a discount but then it never showed up very disappointed. This is my third rental.
