Great experience. My chains were a little low, so they would hit the embedded lane markers on occasion. If you think they look took close to the ground, they probably need to be shortened.

Our truck leaked during the rain and ruined some of our things. When filling the gas up, the gauge did not work correctly and I ended up filling it way fuller than I needed to - about $15 more.
JIMMY AHighly recommend Midgard for U-Haul rentals. It was a terrific experience.. the staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My checkout was quick as was my check back in. The only unfortunate part was about an hour before my scheduled reservation, I was notified that they did not have the van that I had ordered three days before in stock. That was disappointing however they upgraded me to 10 x 10 truck for the same price and all went well ! Would definitely rent from them again one of the best experience I’ve had renting a U-Haul ever!
