Drop off was a breeze. I did not catch the employees name, but he met me as soon as I enter the facility and guided me to the spot to drop the trailer. As soon as I backed into the spot, he unhooked the trailer. I never had to enter the office or sign anything. An email was sent quickly with verification of drop off.
