The staff was incredibly helpful when I dropped off the trailer I rented for my move. What a great experience and I will definitely use them again in the near future!
tricia sI had a morning pick up. There was not a "dolly" that I had asked for. I spoke to a representative who said they didn't have one. I went to another nearby location and they did not have one either. This was a major inconvenience. Also, the location of my pick up was changed at the last minute. And I was also asked to return the vehicle to a location other than the one I agreed to. I returned it to the location specified in my original contract.
