I had trouble checking in. The website was not working correctly. It took 22 minutes to get someone to help. There were no covers in the van although I paid for them. Checking back in was the same. Thankfully I called and was told it was settled.

RAYMOND MAdrian, the UHaul area manager was absolutely amazing. She contacted me when the owner of the location fell ill and met me at the location. She was very informed about the trailer and a great help answering my questions. She even gave me her cell number in case I had any issues/further questions. Adrian in South Carolina made this an amazing rental experience. You should be proud to have an employee like that.
