DEVIN TLocation was hard to find on a gravel side road in middle of city. Lot was thigh high in grass. Lockbox was stuck and had to be forced open to leave a key. No personnel on site to assist
MATTHEW CDo not charge the excess fee when the vehicle is returned as it was on initial pick up... that is wrong. U haul has my card information, and choses to charge my card any. This is also wrong.
